I was riding my bike to a city council meeting. This lady behind me, in the silver Toyota, didn’t appreciate that I was keeping up with traffic, and wouldn’t let her pass me. She honks at me, tries to get around, realizes she can’t, and waits for me.
As the video shows, there really isn’t any place for me to go and I was keeping up with traffic.
I got to the parking garage next to the city government building, and while I was parking my bike, she approaches me.
