I’m 22 I don’t know any tricks…Pro riders….what tricks do recommend learning for beginners?what do recommend after learning beginner tricks? Curious where to start.
I started riding again 10 years ago, just start with bunny hops and just be good at it before doing 180s. Currently cleaning up my 180 bars and might move on to hop whips.

Bunnyhops will be the best thing to start, after that itโs basically up to you, there are so many different paths to go down itโs almost endless. Itโs more about what fits your style.
My first tricks were bunnyhops, feeble/double peg grinds, 180โs, footjams on banks, fufanu/abubaca, x-ups, one footers, and peg wheelies.
Use tutorials to your advantage and watch multiple videos. One dude might not give you the whole picture.
Ride hard bro!

22, 5 bikes, and canโt do any tricks? Focus on riding not collecting. Start there.

General bike control and manual/hops. Even rolling into a wall and bouncing back to learn fakie isnโt a bad idea

I’m no pro, but when I first started riding I tried everything from big jumps and air bags to street and fell in love with street. For that, bunny hops are the absolute minimum for pretty much every style. Then start playing around with stuff like riding skinnys and manuals. Really try to get good at basic stuff to build off of. After your really cozy on your bike and understand how it rides ( a benefit to not having too many bikes at first) you can start jumping into things like grinds and spins and gap jumps, where the bikes movements feel completely wrong at first. The understanding of your bike will shine through then and help you know what’s going on when performing new tricks. Also if you got friends or not, plaing games of BIKE will expose weaknesses and introduces new styls tricks and combos you may not even think about. Just go ride have fun and get to know people in the community and you’ll be fine.

Go to your local spots and look for seasoned riders. Go talk to them, they will be really helpful. BMX dudes are usually really friendly.
