Hi! A newbie here and just got my Ultimate CF SL7 105. It seems that the cassette is rubbing the chain off and keeps making the sound as if I’m shifting gear. Is it common on new bikes? Should I just bring it to LBS to get it fixed? Help is greatly appreciated!

Adjust the trim position. There should be some instructions in the user manual. Or you can search a YouTube tutorial.
