    Am I missing anything? Also, is this a good build?

      What’s stopping you from getting a nice complete for 300 dollars less? Then just changing out parts as you go through them?

      I would just start on a complete since it sort of seems this route is like ‘I’m building a bike myself’ but in order to accomplish that you’re getting parts that are the same as you would get with a complete.

      Bottom bracket. Unless frame or cranks are coming with that. Can’t really tell.

      The cinema lift kit is good because it comes with a few diff spacer variations possible..

      Also.. in not too familiar with stranger. But I did get some theory predict wheels. Double walled for about the same price.

      All and all..cnorna bad budget build. especially for comeback or beginner level stuff. No huge drop in to flat or anything.

      Honestly for that price you can get a complete that would have some parts that are better than you have here. If it’s what you want I get it. I recommend spending more money on cranks since I can almost guarantee they will be one of the first things you’ll upgrade. Why buy twice, saving now will cost you later.

      You can save money by buying grease at your local auto parts store. That assembly grease is over priced and more than you’ll need to assemble one bike.

      The tubes are wrong. You don’t want presta valves you need schrader valves.

      I can tell by the parts selected that this is a build to a tight budget. Being picky about it quite a few of your choices are questionable, but hey a custom build is expensive as hell and I’ve often bought budget parts to get a build done. So I’m not going to question your choices because I know how hard it is to build to a controlled budget.

      Thing is though, I have always regretted budget parts and then swapped those parts out shortly after, ultimately costing more over time.

      For me the one area I would try to buy better would be the wheels. Stolen Rampage are really the bottom of the wheel barrow and wheels are so important to the ride.

      I had a Stolen Rampage wheelset once and I’d destroyed them within months. Soft metal components. Not really up to modern riding.

      Look for deals on more decent wheels.

      When budget building it can be mucb cheaper with better parts if you don’t buy everything from one vendor. It’s nice to get it all delivered in one box all at the same time, but if you pick and choose and shop around I think you could improve the overall standard of your parts list within your budget, and you’d just have the inconveniece of multiple transactions and multiple deliveries over a longer time frame.

      Bottom bracket is the only thing that looks missing from the build. But listen to what folks are saying about a complete.
