Just picked my bike up from getting tune up with new tires. Husband picked it up and didn’t look too closely, but the front tire doesn’t have clearance. Is this an easy fix I can do at home or should I go back in? Local bike store is almost 45min away, so I’d like to d-I-y if possible/easy.

Never go to that store again, except to get a refund. They installed way too big tires.
Tires are too large for the frame. You can’t move those brakes up. One more shop to add to your no-go list. Unless you’re into teaching the people you pay how to do their job, of course.
Tire clearance is non-negotiable. Whoever installed that tire is clueless. Older road bikes never anticipated tires much larger than 25mm.
Wait, a shop did this AND gave you the bike in this condition?
This is fucking ridiculous. This is what the industry gets for paying bike mechanics 7.25 an hour and only hiring high school juniors.
Whenever someone comes into our shop bitching about prices this is always my first thought, because these are adults working on your bike. Good riddance.
