I have a race next weekend and seeing whether it’s worth getting this trued. Can I ride it like this? And what damage can be caused riding an untrue wheel?
While holding it, to film the video, I can feel a serious wobble/shuddering but is less noticeable on the road. My main concern is my wheel being structurally compromised.
Any help is much appreciated

Yes. You should always true the wheels. It’s going to get worse and the spokes can snap.

Ideally, yes… but the need is less on disk-brakes.
You can get away with riding that, whereas it would be nearly unrideable with rim-brakes.
Also, it’s best to check by looking at the rim itself, not just the tyre… frequently an improperly mounted (or made) tyre will wobble a bit even on a perfectly true wheel.. and will make an out-of-true wheel look worse than it is… due to the way a tyre is made and the tread is molded into the rubber, even good quality tyres do not always have the tread perfectly aligned with the bead.
