In Brazil we call that one as crocante, crunchy. If it’s muddy we call it cremosa.

I have a question. When riding on that do you steer around nasty looking rocks (which involves studying the terrain ahead) or do you just roll over them whilst admiring the view?
I guess if you have 45mm tyres the answer will be different than if you are on 32mm.
