I have a SuperSix SE and I love it. Such a fast and comfy bike. I upgraded to some deeper carbon wheels, switched out the bar and stem for a Deda SuperBox and Deda slightly aero bars. Put on some 44mm tires.
Very light also it feels, for a gravel bike. Could even have 2 pairs of wheels, one gravel wide and one 30mm and you could easily use the SuperSix on the road too.
The Aspero is also a great bike, but the SuperSix has made me super happy. Everywhere I go everyone always asks what model it is and generally get a lot of interest / curiosity around it

I think they’re similarly equipped with the most meaningful difference being 1×12 (SRAM Apex) vs a 2×11 (Shimano GRX) group. I think the 2×11 gives you better range for road riding without swapping chainrings.
The SuperSix has more tire clearance (45mm vs. 40mm on Aspero) and I’d pick it over the Aspero just for that, you can’t really add more tire clearance to a frame after you buy it, but you can always change out nearly every other part.
The one that fits better (stack and reach are your friend here to help know that).
Outside of that, the one with the number of chainrings you prefer (1x or 2x).
Outside of that, the one with more tire clearance and wider inner rim width.
Lastly, the one that looks prettier to you.
But yeah, I don’t know that either deal is appreciably better, it’s more about which bike you like better

I have an Aspero and a Supersix Evo CX….I only need the Aspero but the Cannondale is so damn fun I can’t let it go. Buy them both.

Every poster here going on about tire clearance. If you need more than 40mm on a gravel bike then you need a xc bike. 40mm is plenty for anything that resembles “gravel”

I’ve always wanted a cervelo but I wouldn’t get one with a 1x set up.

Lachlan Morton won Outbound Gravel 200 in 2024 on a Supersix EVO SE. it’s a great capable bike with DNA from the venerable SuperX geometry and the aero of the Supersix road. Other top competitors such as Ted King and Alex Howes ride them also.
I’ve actually have one for about the last 2 years running Force AXS 2x and it’s been solid..I’ve got three identical Reserve wheel sets Ai dished for it, ranging from 32mm to 47mm tires, depending on the ride. It cost about $40 to dish the rear wheel over at the bike shop. I’ve fit up to 48mm tires on it.
The Aspero is pretty awesome bike also , although Cervelo recently got rid of some of the awesome color change paint jobs of last year’s model, but increased the tire clearance to 46mm, and it has a lower bottom bracket, threaded BB, and adjustable trail. I would spend extra on the Aspero 5 model for better cable management, aero seat post, lighter frame.
