I noticed a small amount of play in my cassette. SRAM eagle 12 speed on a Hunt wheel. It's fully tightened when I check it with the cassette tool. Am I missing a spacer?

You may be pulling out the freehub body. Is it possible to move it when you have the wheel secured in the bike?
It’s the spacer’s in there, make sure it’s correctly torqued. 40 Nm is a lot of torque.
