If, as it appears you plowed into something , your fork could be damaged. That is the real safety risk.

That frame is dead. It’s not safe to ride, and will likely cost as much as a new frame to have it repaired. If you bought it new from a bike shop they may be able to help you out with a crash replacement deal on a new frame.

If it’s a steel bike, you could potentially get it fixed at great expense. Otherwise, or even likely if so, nah it’s absolutely toast mate.

At least when I was around bikes direct the kilos were pretty stout. How the heck was this a sort of crash? Did you run into a wall 20 mph? The frame is toast, you could always reach out to customer service and tell them what happened. Honesty is the best policy, they might be willing to help out.

Donezo. Based on your stem stack you need a bigger frame anyways. Seek a proper local bike shop and get fitted.

Best case would be to replace the frame. In reality, many people would continue to ride that frame, while accepting that it’s not as safe, and you could have catastrophic failure in the future. Or, you might not. I think your decision depends on if you have the cash to replace it, what your local terrain is like, how much you ride, how experienced of a rider you are…if the downtube buckled and the steering got severely messed up, could you bail?
But to be clear–you should replace the frame if you can. Also–how exactly did you crash to cause this? Lay it onto a curb or something?

You will hear a lot of creaking and noise before it breaks completely. Steel bikes can take a lot of abuse.
That said, you wouldn’t be able to sell it as a ridable bike, and the geometry might be pretty negatively affected from the bend. It might be unsafe to ride because of funny handling, but if you need it for transportation or are dying to go for a ride, why not just do it and be aware of the situation.
