We have a bike that came in yesterday, customer over torqued rear thru axle it is threaded into a universal derailleur hanger. We tried removing with allen key and breaker bar rounded out the axle. Trying to remove the hanger just makes the axle get tighter any advice or tips for cutting the axle off or removing through other means.

I had this the other week, and up hammering a small flat head screw driver into where the Allen key goes and remove it that way. Just needs to be done carefully/ with precision
