My buddy just moved and this bike was left behind by the previous owner. He sent me this photo and I'm trying to uncover the make. The model seems to be "Mountain Bike" which has been a funny prompt to search. I noticed the Giant rear rack, and what looks like Schwinn grips. I see the bullmoose bars so it's gotta be newer than '80. Any other details stand out to you? I should ask him for a drive side photo.

I think bars might be a later addition. Don’t think there were many lugged mountain bikes after 80s.
What is on the head tube?
