While it’s a cool project, I’d find that a bit invasive or even creepy..

I used to live on that route and was a warm showers host. Used to have two or three cyclists a week staying during winter. All except two were traveling south due to the strong winds. The two going north eventually gave up and caught a bus.

I’ve loved following Wiebke’s cycling odyssey from Freiburg to Cape Town on [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/wiebkelueh/) and %5BStrava%5D(https://www.strava.com/athletes/22478106), but it was very annoying not to be able to see the full ride in one go.
