Assuming you are out of warranty. They look like some sort of linear defect along a seam, but from a structural perspective I would just keep an eye on them and keep riding. The direction of the linear is not in a direction that I would worry about unless it is propogating.

Haha these are the marks from forging. They would never crack like that.
