I recently received a schwinn xs with “ram air”. I know nothing about the bike,but got it because of the rims.
Now I am wondering if the chip out of the rim is even reputable

Sweet lord what happened to that bike??
Sorry, that wheel and tyre are both done.
There’s a crack 11 o clock from the chunk missing.
Old things wear out, especially when outside.
Edit. Changed 12 to 11
