It’s… Okay. That’s about what the bike is worth. I wouldn’t call it a steal. It’s an extremely low-end bike. It will not be “lightweight,” either.
Do you live somewhere flat? This is a single speed, which is nice because they’re really simple but also means you’ve only got one gear, not great for hills! Make sure it’s been looked after, check for rust and make sure the seat post goes up and down – I can’t help much on the price as I don’t live in the US, but keep in mind everything on this bike is pretty generic and cheap.
