What on earth was Roglic doing behind the car like that? He rides like an idiot sometimes. He was never going to get away with that and fully deserved the 20-second time penalty. It would be typical of him to lose the Vuelta by 19 seconds.
He fought really hard for the win. Some people would just give up when riders from behind catch up. Kudos to you Castrillo.
