Hey so I’m literally the same size as you height and inseam wise. I ordered the XS. When I rode it I felt cramped. I have a 56cm gravel bike that feels pretty good but I think it’s a bit big. I took it in and got a bike fit. We basically came to the conclusion that the bike is too small for me, so I returned it and will be getting a small.
With all that said. Based on the 2 pictures and using the experience I got from my bike fitter your legs look pretty good maybe the seat could be moved a bit higher and foreward. Additionally the bars could be lowered to increase the reach and get you that bend in your arms. I would like to know how you feel when in the drops?. The arch in your back tells me you don’t have a super strong core or the flexibility in your spine isn’t there (conditioning can help with that).
Overall I don’t feel the bike is too big for you at all, the difference between the XS and S is pretty small. Go on some really long rides! I’m talking 4hrs minimum to figure out where you are getting sore. Something tells me you will feel it in your lower back and hands

You need to move your saddle forward and adjust your posture so you have some flex in your arms, this is an aero bike after all 😉 The frame doesn’t look too big.

I am the same height and fall in between XS and SM. I have owned ultimates in both sizes and felt that the XS was more comfortable.
