This pressed in bearing is broken (heavy resistance and noisy) but I see no clear way to remove the bearing as the transition/connection between the hub and bearing is very smooth (so I cant use a screwdriver to poke it out).
That smooth transition you see is actually a sleeve. If you stick your finger in there and push, you should be able to move the sleeve to one side and then pop the bearing out with a punch.
The cheapest way is to tap it out gently from the opposite side with something non-metal. If that doesn’t work a blind hole puller with slide hammer will get it out.

Just be thankful you don’t have to remove the ratchet ring.

I got a motorcycle bearing puller kit. Should work the same as the mfg stuff but haven’t tried it yet.

I use bearingprotools extractors & presses in the correct size. Costly once but after using only dtswiss wheels I only need 6902 size (worn out bodies I just trash and replace/upgrade entirely so far, might get the specific pliers for those sometime). To remove ratchet ring, get a tool with 6 sides so you can use an impact wrench. The vise method demontrated by dt swiss is a joke, it only works on new wheels. But it seems you don’t have to remove the toothed ring, better design.

What hub is that? Anyways you usually can go from the other side and use the axel or something like it and use a hammer to tap it out.
Amazon has a nice cheap bearing press kit in shiny anodized blue you can buy for cheap that will do all the hub bearings sizes.
