The wire rope of my gear shifter lost tension. Why? The wire rope was tangled to the bike rack, I pulled my bike, and then it happened. Shall I solve this issue at the front, or the rear?

Probably pulled the cable out of the rear derailleur. Easy fix is to click the shifter (using the thumb button) until you have the cable as long as it gets (hold the cable in your hand whilst clicking the shifter and pull it gently), then using an allen key, re attach the cable to the rear derailleur (the gear changing thingy at the back wheel).
