I can both of these bikes locally for ~4k. Main differences are: drivetrain (Rival eTap 2022 vs 105 Di2 2024 as well as different gearing ratios), tire clearance (33mm on 2022 model vs 38mm on 2024 model) , future shock (adjustability 2022 model vs fixed on 2024 model).     I’d lean 2024 for the extra tire clearance, and Di2 does feel a touch nicer than Sram imo.

    I’d go 2022 if you have other bikes in your fleet that are AXS, or you really want the easier gearing. Either way, Futureshock is an afterthought for me.
