Howdy! I unfortunately stripped the rear derailleur hanger nut on my Orbea Terra. Any pointers on how to remove this nut without potentially damaging the carbon frame?

Get a hex the next size up. Lightly hammer it in and twist.
If that doesn’t work you can cut in a slot with a dremel disc and hit it with a flathead.
Grab a Torx bit or Torx key the next size up, lightly pound it in with a mallet.
Use a Torx because the teeth on a Torx bit will grip better than doing this with the next size up Allen bit.
Let this be a lesson… The only hex keys that you should ever use are Bondhus. All others will round out and ruin your fasteners. Bondhus only.
Edit: I say to use Bondhus because I literally make my living using hex keys all day long. Everyone at my job uses Bondhus. We’ve all tried various brands of hex keys (please never use hex sockets if you care about the fastener). We’ve used Eklind, various no-brands, even the Snap-On and Matco ones are junk compared to Bondhus. I’ve had one set for 3 years and they are all still perfect and unrounded despite thousands of uses.
You need to hammer in a shitty torx bit, or get screw extractor.
Those hanger nuts are sometimes reverse thread, FYI
