I put wider tires on my bikepacking bike and just noticed that there is much more clearance with the chain stay on the left side than the right. The tire rubs slightly on the right side. Is there something I can do to adjust the wheel angle?
The bike is a cannondale topstone and has a through axel. Tires are 700 x 45c

The wheel dish may be wrong, a shop can center it for about $20-30 if that’s the case

Seriously though, that tire is too big for your frame unfortunately. Even if the wheel is perfectly centered. You need to account for mud buildup and wheel flex.
If it’s quick release it may not be centered properly but it’s probably in need of a dish like someone said.
