For one fix your fork it looks backwards. And 2 practice try putting things in front that get taller and taller till u can’t make. It then your goal is to clear that. Then u just keep going from there🤙

Normally people don’t pull up enough, but your pull is actually ok, you need to try to tuck more. A higher pull would help too, but if I was you I’d focus on the tuck. Hitting some weights will also help, but not as much as proper technique.

Your feet are in the way. Pull them up.

I have two tips for ya
1. Try giving yourself an obstacle to jump over, preferably something softish that won’t punish you for failing, like a shoebox or cone. Lots of people find it sort of tricks your brain to jump higher.
2. You won’t jump any higher than the height of your front wheel. Try to get your front wheel higher before lifting the back one. Practice looping out with manuals so you can get a feel for how high you can actually get your front before looping out.

Lean your weight over the rear wheel and once the front is off the ground shift your weight upwards

Get something to jump on to, or over.

Definitely get your bike feeling proper first. Your fork is backwards. You will want to spin that around with your stem loose, then realign everything. After that is done, align your handlebars with the same angle as your fork for a good starting point. This should make your bike feel a lot more controllable.
