First time owner

Hey!
Bought this beauty in June, haven’t done much to her except change the lights and as a saddle bag.

I will become a commuter in London (will move by train and then cycle in the city) in a months time (staying all winter) and will use this as my daily driver, any tips or tricks?

Also I’m waiting for a front light to arrive so that’s why I have a funny set up in front.

Was thinking about changing to easywheels but not really sure :/
