I lifted it out the bike to adjust the seat height but now it won't screw back in? (pic 2 is lowest it will go)
I now can't ride the bike as the seat is completely loose. Any ideas please?

The saddle is mounted backwards, but the good news is that you get to buy a standard seatpost that doesn’t have that garbage suspension on it.
Ya that’s not how you adjust the seat height mate. It’s also backwards. No idea how you managed to unscrew the suspension part…
Are you unable to re-screw it because you can’t get the top piece down to the threads anymore? What if you compress the suspension, does that get the threaded piece close enough to re-screw it?
