This is a regular public bus is Austria. It goes between Imst-Pitzal station and a small ski village Obergurgl, stopping on all stops as you would expect from a public bus. And yes, this is a bike rack trailer where you can put your bike, not sure if it’s free, an extra ticket or part of a regular bus ticket though.

But that’s probably aimed at mountain/leisure bikers while in the Netherlands it’s people getting around by bike everywhere all the time.

Thought it was a tour bus with bikes for everyone, but they were all in use. Talk about rose-colored glasses.
