No but judging by those welds and paintjob and quality of the label/stamp, looks like good quality. My geuss is likely a independent smaller company who takes pride in their work. nice frame.

Have absolutely any other information about the photo? Situations like this is why marketing is so very important to brand identity. Sure, it looks cool and the frame seems legit, but we can’t read the stamp and it’s not like its mainstream to be easily recognized, so this frame goes in the unknown category. BGN? BAN? BALI? Who knows. Just try looking up “ban bike frames” and see if anything useful comes up.
