Third floor apartment liver looking for a relatively light bike to ride around town. It's been about 15 years since I last bought a bike. I'm 5'0 so it's a little harder to find bikes my size. Price on used bikes in my area tends to be inflated as well.
Do any of these look good? Thanks in advance!

These are all pretty chill, and priced appropriately for our market (I’m in SF).

These are probably the smallest bikes you are going to find, which is good that you’ve found some this small, but unfortunately, they’ll all be just a bit big, not crazy, but something to keep in mind.

I’d vote the Jamis here. It is the most modern, will be the lightest, has nice wheels, and with needing to transport the bike up and down stairs, I think you’ll appreciate the cable routing under the bar tape.
