Feels a little overpriced to me with the 11 speed mech drive train and it being a last-gen bike, though the frame looks great otherwise. What should I negotiate this seller down to??

This is essentially the exact same spec as my 2014 model year cannondale that came with mechanical 11sp disc. The only thing that 5 years is getting you here is a slightly droped seatstay and thru axles.
