  1. Just got my new Endurace and was super excited, at least until i realised that the screw inside the cockpit is already completetly fked and cant be lossened. I tried it once and stopped immediatelly to not damage it even more.

Did this any happen to anyone of u? What would u recommend to do and do u expect canyon to helpful with this. I might be alright to drive it like this, but honestly i dont want to keep a bike where i cant adjust the cockpit

  2. As far as I know you have to bolt on the handlebars yourself on a new canyon bike out of the box so… What really happened? What tool did you use?

You can tell us, we don’t work for canyon lol…

  3. Does the new endurace really come with this part not mounted to the bike already? Because mine certainly did, only the 4 screws on the outside of the picture needed to be screwed in by me

  4. I did exactly the same. The fitting is a t25 and not the t20. The difference is very slight but i almost rounded it too. Poor design.

  5. Had to ship my bike back to get this corrected. Not like this out of the box for me but happened later when trying to loosen – was completely frozen in there and ended up stripping.
