This design was copied by so many makers it if doesn’t say it’ll be impossible to determine a manufacturer if it isn’t labeled.
Don’t pay more then like $20 for it, lots of people mark these up since they are old, but its a 40-50lb 1-2 speed bike with hard to work on parts like the cottered cranks.

Poor looking welds at the head tube junction, cheap 3 piece crank, shoddy forkends… But looks like a blast to ride! Just inspect/keep a very close eye on that folding mechanism. Get it welded together if you don’t plan on actually folding it.
