After unpacking the bike from my car, the rear brake cable is really loose. The rear brake pads are away from the wheel and I can’t find any loose bolt or screw to explain what’s happened. Any ideas?
Because it is loose…..you need to retention it using the top ( in the image ) bolt on the 2nd second image.

It fell out of the cable guides on the frame.
The rear guide is under the Apollo decal. There will be a similar thing towards the front of the tube.

The cable housing (the black sections of the cable) are intended to be anchored in cable stops on the frame. In this case, you can see one stop in the middle of the word “apollo,” and the other stop at the front of that tube where the grey paint starts.
The black cable housing should run from the brake lever to the front stop by the grey band. The rear section of cable housing should then run from the “apollo” stop back to the brake.
