Hello – I am building a gravel bike with a mullet setup. I am mounting the XO Eagel Deraillier according to the instructions and I am confused by the Cage Mode / Setup Key.

My setup key is in A position as per AXS App…but it doesn't do anything? The cage is clear of the pin, even when depressed, so nothing "locks" as per the video. Further, there is no spring pressure pushing the cage backwards as the video suggests.
Am I missing something? Could my purple thread on the piece in the P-Knuckle be misaligned? There is zero spring force to speak of, the cage just threads into P-Knuckle via the purple thread until too tight to move…or loosens until it comes apart.
Pretty confused…let me know what I'm missing?
The 'P-Knuckle' I i think its called. Spring goes in here but does not seen to be under any tension.

When you spin the cage back on the P-knuckle and continue spinning even beyond when it bottoms out, do you then feel the spring?
