I tried putting the horns inboard but they’re pretty awkward to use- is their angle off or something?

Rear brakes seem to be MIA . Otherwise it looks serviceable. I love the color. I really miss colorful and interesting paint jobs on vehicles of 70s,80s and 90s including bikes.
