Nice bike. But if you’re riding with the seat that high then the frame is too small for you. Back then seaposts only showed about 5 or 6 inches for a correctly fitting frame. That post looks like more than 6, maybe 7 or 8 inches.

Nice bike OP. The black Super Record finish looks great against the paint.
I would try to source the correct rear skewer nut to match the front. I’m also curious how you release the brakes on that setup with no QR on either the levers or calipers?
