  1. Yes, the leafs are sliding. Saddle tilt is controlled by a bolt at the bottom of the seat post. You need to pull the seat post out to tighten that bolt, and prevent unwanted titling movement. Torquing that collar alone, will not do much to block the tilting.

    Also check that the seat post insertion is within its limits; it looks very low (too far in the seat tube).

  2. Tighten the bolt at the bottom of your VCLS seatpost to 7nm (need to take out the seatpost first), this is the one controlling tilt.
