It’s fine, I’d happily still ride it. Cassette bite happens to all freehubs eventually.
Sure, that is no problem, just looks bad.
If you get a new one it will soon look the same, the only way to keep cassette bite away is to not put power through it.
You can gently file down the burrs
sometimes i get cassette bite and i take a lil file and just smooth out the burrs so the cassette will slide back on easily. if its still spinning id reuse that freehub.
Just file down the burs where the cassette has dug into the free hub body and you should be good to ride! This is pretty normal for alloy free hub bodies. One or two of the gouges are pretty deep but just make sure your cassette is properly torqued to 40nm and there shouldn’t be any problems.

Should be fine, and if it really bothers you, the freehub body is replaceable.
File down the burrs if the cassette has trouble going back on, and then send it. Normal
