  1. It’s a rim, if there are any safety concerns have them replace it.

    I don’t like how it looks, only 30% seems to be properly joint (joined? English is not my native language 😅)

    Edit: It’s a pin jointed rim. This is fine. I was thinking sleeve jointed or welded

    As a matter of fact nothing will happen to you. The rim is joined with two splints, and it’s not welded, but it will never fall apart. If it was my only rim I’d use it without concerns.

    That being said, if you can wait for the shop to send you a new one, by all means return it.
