Especially on trails, if it’s within your means, other trail users would love if you invested in a good headlight with a cutoff beam.

They’re not just better for other’s either. This is only 200 lumens according to the manual, but because the light isn’t spraying light everywhere and only where I need it, I can comfortably use the lowest brightness setting and get way better battery life.

It seems like e-scooter users tend to be the ones with the most egregiously blinging headlights, but I think it’s so much nicer to have on your own bike I figured I’d mention it here.
