This summer I started bikepacking with my Orbea Alma H20. I always lock the fork when the bike is loaded, so I was thinking ditching the suspension and switch to rigid, maybe with mount holes, but I don't know what would fit.
The current Rockshox Judy is 100mm travel – 15×100 Boost

Salsa Firestarter might do the job?
Looks like the Judy has an axle-crown of ~510, figure 20-30mm less when sagged.
Go ahead and pick one of these with a similar dim depending on what mounts and what material you’re into.
Gotta keep a tapered steerer and post mount brakes but there should be lots of options
