  2. Nothing behind my seat. Bottles definitely more prone to launching like that on rougher rides. I can store 2 bottles inside frame triangle. One under downtube. If I need more than that I can wear hydration pack or just put a collapsible bottle in my rear jersey pocket

    Careful with these, used to have them on a road bike and had 3 fail due to metal fatigue around the bolts on the base of each arm. Would not trust them on gravel it will fail rather quickly.
