    No threads ? Ride that baby. If you want to be cautious I’ve had some luck with superglue, though it’s a bit of a Bodge, a proper tyre patch would be the “real” solution

    Return it to wherever you bought it from. That shouldn’t be on a brand new tyre.

    Return if not used but since it’s been mounted, you may not get it replaced. If already ridden on, keep riding since you’ll get more. As long as it does not go down to the cords, you’re ok. Just check in on it periodically.

    If it’s tube inside you can just use a Park Tool boot. If tubeless, then yes you need to replace.
