Why is this happening and how to solve it? I have tried looking this up and already completed the whole bleed, pushed the pistons out as much as possible and cleaned them with brake cleaner, re-lubricated them and after pushing them back in, it's the same.
The piston that is not moving out is harder to push back in than the other one.
Should I take the calliper apart, clean it and change the seals?

You can push them back by force using a screwdriver. Just place it in there and compress with both hands. Next time, buy a break block so they wont go out again when pressing the breaks.
My XT brakes do that too, it’s normal as far as I can tell.
It doesn’t look stuck. Put a little bit of resistance on the other piston and it looks like it will move. Pretty normal.
Try holding the one that is moving freely, in with a tyre lever. All the force should go to the stuck piston then, and should force it out.
