Problem only started after a ride this past weekend. No rough bumps or crashes / falls.
I think I isolated the sound to happening when the valve is around 7:00 (facing drive side). Wheel and rotor are true, no loose spokes. Hub issue?
Any idea what is causing this clunking sound?

It sounds like tools clinking on your stand from vibrations, I have an L wrench that loves to do that
Any chance the rotor is misaligned?
A wheel can be true but not round. Kinda looks like that from the video. Or your tire isn’t fully seated.
I would inspect the brake/rotor very closely. It almost sounds like a rotor bolt hitting something. Any loose cable ends anywhere?
Are you talking about that ‘tic tic tic tic tic tic’ sound that you can hear while you are not pedaling? Or, those couples clunks?
without turning the wheel or crank if you shake the bike while its on the frame does it make the sound?
I’m confident it’s something on your wheel; the sound seems to occur once per revolution.
Sounds like one of the spokes is hitting something stationary. But what could it be… Try rotating slower and looking for the source of sound.
You’re derauleur could be adjusted to close to your cassette, so it’s ticking off the cassette when you turn the drive. Then it stops once you’ve stopped moving the drive aka spinning the casstte and chain.
