A hop should be the same no matter if you’re going onto a rail or jumping over or up something.
I would say to just practice.

You really can’t slow your hop down, because a bunny hop is a snap and lift motion. Just hop earlier.

Once you record it, you can slow it down to any speed

You’re kinda “bar hopping” meaning that your front end is coming off the ground with the back end at the same time. Your weight is too far forward when you hop and gotta practice pulling up the front end then bringing the back end up. This will increase the height of your hops overall and make it not feel so rushed.
