    There should be marks where is front on the pads.
    Openings where the pad is insert showing to the rear.
    That secure bolt of the pad must face backwards

    You need to switch the sides.
    Left pad in the right side ans right pad on the left side

    See how the pad pokes out of the opening in the side of the shoe, on just one side? When the wheel is spinning, touch it with your finger and feel which way your finger gets pulled. Now imagine your finger is the pad. You want to pad getting pulled toward the side of the shoe WITHOUT the opening, so that it has something backing it up. Otherwise, all that’s holding it in is that little set screw (visible on the outside of the shoe). Under heavy braking, it may be pulled out by the wheel if it’s not the right way around. Hope I’m not being too pedantic, just want to make sure I’m as clear as possible
