New to this.. Is this an okay deal?

Hi! I’m checking out this bike this afternoon and would like a second opinion as to if it’s a good deal! Will be sure to look for rust and dents in the frame

I know it’s an older model. I simply would like to ride around the city and enjoy it. No heavy commuting or racing. Thanks!!
