How is this bike? 🇨🇦

Been riding my ‘06 Trek for 2 seasons now and looking to upgrade.

Seller posted on FB Marketplace asking $1900 CAD. Seller didn’t have a ton of info about the bike but from some Googling, I think it’s a 2017 Cervelo R3. Is this a decent price and is there anything I should look for when inspecting it? TIA from a new roadie.
