Get the S. With canyon when you are between sizes (which you are not really) you always want to size down.
I’m similar and got the Small. I like the way it fits even though the reach is less than “modern standards” for my size. I can lean the bike properly and it feels more manuverable. Also even though it’s a 720wh battery I have over 50% range after 30 miles riding in Eco.
That’s not on the edge. That’s inside the S rectangle.
